Yara might be the most recommended fragrance on the internet right now: a €20 pink bottle with more TikTok mentions than most designer houses' entire catalogues. Two weeks of testing later, we get it — mostly.
The smell: creamy tropical vanilla with orchid and a whisper of coconut — a warm hug of a fragrance, sweet but not sharp, cozy rather than loud. "Vanilla but expensive-smelling" is the TikTok summary and it's accurate.
Performance: the controversial part. On skin it's an intimate scent within three hours; on clothes it lasts all day. Half of TikTok calls it weak, the other half calls it perfect — both are describing the same fragrance worn differently.
